The District Controller's Office Scenario

This scenario is set in Capitol in the office of the 53rd District Controller. The District Controller handles a selyn-management area larger than a city but smaller than a Region, in this case covering part of Capitol and a large chunk of surrounding countryside. The setting for most of the games is the buildings the office is located in, which also house a City Sime Center, an emergency room, and several specialty hospital wards. Many of the plotlines are political or administrative in nature, though there is some action as well. The scenario ran for 18 months and ended when many of the characters were tranferred to the Snake River Dam construction site. They can be found in that scenario now.
